Voting will take place on the following proposition:

- Appointment of a new Club Secretary and Secretary of the Limited Company:
As defined by the Articles of Association of Clanfield Cricket Club Ltd and the associated Club Constitution, vacancies in Club Committee roles may only be filled by a resolution of the members. As such, the Committee seeks confirmation from the members of their support for appointment of Matt Bradley as Club Secretary, replacing the outgoing Secretary, John Windebank, who has given notice of his resignation.
In accordance with clause 9.7 of the Articles of Association, the individual elected to the role of Secretary of the Club Committee will also fulfil the role of Secretary of the Limited Company.

Clanfield Kites completed their "Pool 2" Indoor League matches on Sunday 3rd March, with two great wins, resulting in them topping the Pool 2 league and qualifying for the play-offs!!

Get the date in the diary and the address in your sat nav ... the Kites play off match is against Portsmouth & Southsea at 4pm on Sunday 17th March, at West Hill Park School, Fareham, PO14 4BS. It would be great to get as much support there as possible. Be there and be loud!
